Outside, you will find a spacious parking area with several covered parking spaces. Villa Lena in Oria is completely fenced and equipped with a surveillance system, with daily linen change included. Additionally, the villa staff, including a housekeeper, waitstaff, and concierge, are available to guests. The interiors of Villa Lena are luxurious, characterized by polychrome marbles and wood inlays crafted by master cabinetmakers. In addition to the large halls and the super-equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, the villa accommodates from 14 up to 18 people thanks to the beautiful and spacious rooms arranged on three levels, served by stairs and an internal elevator.
All suites are equipped with comfortable double beds, private bathrooms, and a terrace or furnished veranda for exclusive use. The layout is as follows: On the ground floor, there are the Bloom for 2 to 4 people (61 sqm + a 48 sqm veranda) and the Lena (64 sqm + a 38 sqm veranda). On the first floor, there are the Simeone (63 sqm + an 8 sqm veranda), the Three (26 sqm), and the Flowers, consisting of two bedrooms with separate entrances and a total internal area of 72 sqm, while the two terraces are 26 sqm and 24 sqm. On the second floor in the attic, there is the Dalmut for 2 to 4 people (71 sqm + a 22 sqm veranda).
In the basement, there are the tavern, billiard room, SPA, and gym.
